Job Description

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in a luxury boutique. Responsibilities include assisting clients at point of sale, supporting sales team activities, organizing merchandise and stockroom tasks, and handling phone and after sales inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide prompt friendly service at point of sale
  • Assist with wrapping and packaging purchases
  • Support sales team with hanging merchandise and returning items to the sales floor
  • Retrieve stock and prepare items in the stockroom
  • Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor standards
  • Stock bags, boxes, ribbons, note cards and similar supplies
  • Answer phones and provide customer service
  • Log repairs and maintain after sales records
  • Support concierge doorperson and greeter activities as needed

Requirements

  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
  • Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
  • Able to perform clerical duties for front and back of house operations
  • Work effectively in a team supporting sales efforts
