Job Description

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and customer service support in a boutique environment. Assist sales team with merchandising, stocking, wrapping and packaging, and support front and back of house operations. Answer phones, maintain records for after sales, and help ensure selling floor standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt friendly greeting and assist clients at point of sale including wrapping and packaging
  • Support sales team with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise and retrieving stock
  • Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor merchandise standards
  • Stock supplies such as bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons and stationary
  • Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter activities
  • Support After Sales tasks including logging repairs and contacting clients
  • Answer phones and deliver timely customer service
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service oriented and detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Available for temporary seasonal assignment
