Summary
Seasonal Sales Support reporting to the Store Manager/Director to assist sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams in delivering a seamless and personalized client experience. This part-time temporary role supports front of house and back of house tasks, product retrieval and care, visual standards, and inventory preparation while representing brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support an elevated client experience on the sales floor.
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from BOH to FOH to support sales.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and repositioning visual merchandising displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Support BOH organization, product assortment and go-backs.
- Learn and apply brand and product knowledge and store operational policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management to meet store objectives.
- Maintain professional grooming and behavior consistent with brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles acceptable.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and client centric mindset in fast paced settings.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to follow company policies.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
