Summary
Lead marketing for the Americas territory, developing and executing regional strategies to drive brand desirability and business growth across retail, wholesale, franchise, and e-commerce channels. Oversee five marketing verticals and collaborate with HQ and commercial stakeholders to localize global plans and launch integrated omnichannel initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop three-year strategic marketing plans and growth roadmaps for the Americas.
- Orchestrate integrated product and marketing launch plans with internal and external partners.
- Implement omnichannel strategies across CRM, media, retail, and digital with measurement frameworks.
- Create go-to-market strategies for Retail, Franchise, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels.
- Activate global partnerships and curate luxury experiences and client journeys.
- Direct development of branding and performance media campaigns.
- Execute PR and talent strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage marketing budget and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive brand or product marketing experience, preferably in luxury.
- Proven understanding of the Americas region and ability to localize global strategies.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills using consumer research and data to inform plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and written skills.
- Proven leadership experience developing mid-sized teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Spanish fluency is a strong asset.
