Job Description

Summary

Lead marketing for the Americas territory, developing and executing regional strategies to drive brand desirability and business growth across retail, wholesale, franchise, and e-commerce channels. Oversee five marketing verticals and collaborate with HQ and commercial stakeholders to localize global plans and launch integrated omnichannel initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop three-year strategic marketing plans and growth roadmaps for the Americas.
  • Orchestrate integrated product and marketing launch plans with internal and external partners.
  • Implement omnichannel strategies across CRM, media, retail, and digital with measurement frameworks.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for Retail, Franchise, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels.
  • Activate global partnerships and curate luxury experiences and client journeys.
  • Direct development of branding and performance media campaigns.
  • Execute PR and talent strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage marketing budget and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive brand or product marketing experience, preferably in luxury.
  • Proven understanding of the Americas region and ability to localize global strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills using consumer research and data to inform plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • Proven leadership experience developing mid-sized teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is a strong asset.
