Summary
Perform material handling and order processing tasks to support supply chain operations, including receiving, auditing, assembling, packing, and shipping inventory. Follow standard operating procedures, maintain productivity, and communicate improvements to leadership while working assigned daytime schedules.
Responsibilities
- Process orders, returns, and shipments accurately and efficiently
- Assemble, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment to stores
- Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required
- Perform material handling involving repetitive bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lb boxes
- Comply with job rotation and work assignments within department and building
- Utilize standard operating procedures and reference aids to ensure best practices
- Research and resolve inventory or order issues using appropriate resources
- Communicate suggestions for process improvements to leadership
Requirements
- Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
