About The Role
The Fragrance Guide is responsible for facilitating the guest’s experience at the Atelier Beauté Chanel, specific to Fragrance. The Atelier Parfum space is dedicated to our guest’s fragrance journey and includes a paid service called the Fragrance Discovery, which is offered in-person and virtually. The Fragrance Guide connects with each guest to understand their needs and interests and uses their knowledge of ingredients and notes to create an exclusive curated experience in Atelier Parfum. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a theatre background who would be energized being “on stage” sharing their knowledge through story-telling in an immersive, joyful and personal Parfum experience.
