  1. Job Listings and Recruitment
    Brobston Group provides job listing services, recruitment, and job-matching services primarily for roles in luxury fashion, jewelry, beauty, and home décor. We also introduce and connect candidates with prospective employers as part of our recruiting services but do not act as an agent for either party.
  2. Resume and Coaching Services
    We offer paid resume reviews, resume creation/enhancement, and coaching services to job seekers.
  3. Consulting Services for Employers
    We sometimes perform consulting services for employers in addition to our recruitment offerings.
  4. Platform Nature
    Our Services are designed to connect job seekers and employers but do not guarantee job availability or suitability for any candidate or role. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Brobston Group is not responsible for employer hiring decisions, the accuracy of third-party job postings, or the ultimate success of candidates in their job search.

Acceptance of Terms

  1. Binding Agreement
    You accept these Terms by (a) visiting our website, (b) creating an account, (c) clicking “I agree” (where provided), or (d) otherwise using our Services.
  2. User Categories
    • Candidates: Individuals seeking jobs and using our resume, coaching, or job-matching services.
    • Employers: Individuals or companies may submit basic information via a contact form but do not create user accounts on the website.
  3. Separate Agreements for Employers
    These Terms govern your use of our public website and related Services. Employers may also be subject to a separate written services agreement with Brobston Group that addresses fees, scope, and any additional terms.

Eligibility and User Conduct

  1. Age Requirement
    You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. The site is primarily intended for users in the United States and Canada.
  2. User Conduct
    While our site does not allow public posting of user-generated content, you agree not to:
    • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
    • Attempt to access other users’ information or disrupt the security of our Services.
    • Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our prior written permission.
  3. Account Responsibilities

  2. User-Generated Content
    • Ownership: Resumes, profiles, and other content you submit (“User Content”) become our property once uploaded or provided through the Services.
    • License and Use: By submitting or uploading User Content, you grant us a broad license to use, display, modify, or reproduce this content for job-matching and related recruiting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • Disputes Over Ownership: If there is a dispute regarding ownership or rights in any User Content, please contact support@brobstongroup.com, and we will work in good faith to address the issue.

Payment Terms (If Applicable)

  1. Paid Services
    We offer paid resume services and coaching:
    • Resume Services: We will review, edit, or create a resume to help candidates present themselves effectively.
    • Coaching Services: We provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions covering interview preparation, career guidance, and other job-related coaching.
  2. Refunds and Cancellations
    • Resume Services: If you are not happy with your final resume, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will attempt to make revisions. If we still cannot satisfy your concerns, you will receive a full refund.
    • Coaching: If you are not satisfied with our coaching services, please notify us promptly. We will work to make it right or issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  3. Payment Processing
    • We rely entirely on Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles the security of payment methods and any chargebacks or disputes.
    • By purchasing any paid service, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and conditions.

Job Postings and Recruitment

  1. Accuracy of Listings
    Brobston Group may summarize or display job descriptions provided by third parties for convenience. We disclaim responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of these postings. You may need to visit the employer’s own listing or official posting for detailed information.
  2. No Guarantee of Availability or Suitability
    We do not guarantee that any job opening will be available at the time a candidate applies or that a candidate will secure employment.
  3. Relationship with Employers
    While we actively introduce candidates and employers, we do not act as an agent for either party. We make no warranties regarding the ultimate suitability or success of any job match.
  4. Candidate Responsibilities
    • Accuracy of Information: Candidates are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date resumes and credentials.
    • Profile Updates: We encourage you to update your profile regularly, though this is your choice.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  1. Disclaimer of Information Accuracy
    We do not guarantee the reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the site, including job listings. Brobston Group is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information provided by candidates, employers, or other third parties.
  2. Disclaimer of Certain Warranties
    We do not disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All other warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permissible by law, are disclaimed.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    • Damages: Brobston Group’s liability for any claim related to your use of the Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to Brobston Group (if any).
    • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost opportunities or career outcomes, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  4. Third-Party Content
    Our site may contain links to or information from third-party websites or employers. We disclaim liability for any content, products, or services made available by third parties. We do not moderate or verify third-party content and disclaim responsibility for its accuracy.

Termination and Suspension

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion for policy violations, unauthorized use, or any conduct we believe may cause harm to our Services or users.

    We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.
