A Note from William Brobston

I grew up in luxury retail – literally. As a kid I ran around Neiman Marcus stores while under construction, as my dad managed the development of a new business and new team. He spent his 40 year career with Neiman Marcus Group obsessed with developing outstanding client-centric teams.
After an early career in restaurant management, I followed dad into the fashion industry by joining Neiman Marcus in Boston. As a Sales Associate in the Ladies Shoe Salon, I learned to compete with tenured associates, build a new clientele, and cross-sell into the rest of the store.
In 2006, I moved to New York and was fortunate to join Brunello Cucinelli just as they launched US retail. I was hired there by a former 25-year Bergdorf Goodman veteran who taught me how to go from a good seller to a great seller, and quickly built a world-class clientele. The brand was growing rapidly and I grew with it – leading their flagship locations, opening many of their early US doors, and supporting the growth of a budding retail division.
With these experiences as my foundation, I was fortunate to grow teams with several other leading fashion and jewelry brands – always with an obsession for client experience and team development. I learned early that successful luxury businesses must be built with outstanding talent. At Brobston Group we work with our brand partners to help them do just that.

William Brobston spent 15 years in the luxury retail industry, holding leadership roles with European and American luxury apparel & fine jewelry brands.
Recognizing the growing need for retail management, leadership, and recruitment solutions, in 2017 William launched Brobston Group. Since inception, the firm has worked with world renowned clients in the global fashion industry.

Dina has 20+ years experience in marketing management, starting her career at Bergdorf Goodman, later joining Brunello Cucinelli, and then serving as Director of Marketing and Special Events for Elie Tahari. Her experience ranges across several marketing specialties, including wholesale and retail fashion marketing, event production, and strategic partnerships.
Dina joined the team in 2020.

A luxury flagship leader, Josette’s prior experience includes 6 years leading Miu Miu/Prada locations in NYC as well as leadership roles at Nordstrom and Louis Vuitton. With passions for people and product, she has a history of developing sales teams that drive new results.
