Our new Texas workshop is seeking a Project Coordinator, to join our thriving team and operations. As an integral member of the industrialization team, reporting to the Industrialization Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of new product developments within the workshop.

Key areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all activities of the cross-functional project teams for new product developments.
• Act as a guarantor of Louis Vuitton industrialization standards.
• Animate the project teams to focus on priority tasks to meet the objectives of quantity, timing, quality, manufacturing cost, ergonomics, and safety.
• Coordinate information flows with the project team, the head office in Paris, and the workshops leading the new product developments.
• Regularly update the project schedule, analyze advances and delays, identify risks, and raise alerts that may impact the start of sales (SOS) and other launch deadlines.
• Consolidate project metrics and report risks and opportunities of the project.
• Follow the progress of the delivery plan for SOS in coordination with the production and logistics teams.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, guidelines, and regulations.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
• Project Management (PM) Certificate preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination or industrialization in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the fashion industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish (written and oral) are preferred. Fluency in French is a plus
• Team oriented and able to thrive within various teams
• Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Effective communicator able to interact with all levels
• Capacity to make sound, mature & commercially astute business decisions
• Drive for results without compromising and quality
