Job Description

Position

Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting for a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Quality Manager, to support their Care Services Centers across the zone. Reporting into the Client Care Services Director, this position will develop a client centric culture to provide internal and external clients an exceptional service, set a culture of collaboration and alignment between retail, manufacturing, repairs, client services and our central teams; oversee quality returns, improve the speed and relevancy of information from retail to manufacturing and back, and manage a team of remote quality coordinators.

Profile

Team Management and Development

  • Develop the team to ensure we deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise, adapted to Client Care Services and Quality, to every Client (internal and external). Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and those of their teams
  • Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility
  • Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives
  • Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the site; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved
  • Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service : create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions

Operations

  • Animate the network on quality.
  • Drive weekly store visits.
  • Identifies, designs, implements and measures programs to improve operational performance.
  • Develop and improve reporting tools.
  • Decrease the number of defective products through partnership with retail, manufacturing, central and repairs along with the warehouse teams.
  • Ensure 24h turnaround time for quality alerts.
  • Day to day performance management.
  • Ensure training material is up to date and trainings are delivered consistently, in partnership with local training teams.
  • Provides trends analysis and customer insight to Paris central teams
  • Defines and follows-up improvement actions for US made products
