Job Purpose:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the training and Fine Jewelry and Timepieces team in the organization, production, and creation of trainings and presentations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist Training Manager and all members of the Fine Jewelry and Timepieces team in coordination and production of training needs in and out of the office
• Partner with multiple Departments including Training, CRM, Events and Public Relations to support development of training needs and content
• Communicate the narratives of individual collections both visually and in written formats
• Develop training collaterals to support business needs
• Support engagement with community of Fine Jewelry and Timepieces Ambassadors in the stores
• Track productivity reporting process and collect commercial results to support the evaluation of the Training Departments performance
• Support the coordination and logistics of Training events, seminars and photoshoots
• Coordinate training calendar in support of all trainings in the Americas, and coordinates the logistics and production for internal and external trainings
• Responsible for the maintenance and management of the Department budget

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of luxury corporate and coordination experience in a specialty retail environment
• Strong computer and presentation skills with an emphasis on Powerpoint and Excel
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image and think creatively
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization
• Passionate and curious about the Fine Jewelry and Timepieces industry and business
• Ability to help develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas
• Ability to travel as needed
