Job Description

The Role

  • Merchandise and update displays of all stores in your area according to the current Visual guidelines and directions from the Visual Merchandising team at HQ
  • Adapt guidelines to different store concepts and product distribution, ensure displays reflect the seasonal message as well as customer and sale needs
  • Develop and maintain key brand identity and seasonal messages
  • Execute and maintain a high level of Acne Studios visual standards in all stores
  • Accountable for scheduling visual updates in all studios on a weekly basis, across full market
  • Accountable for reporting feedback and images to HQ in relation to all VM updates in market, per week
  • Ensure correct stock rotation based on weekly visual communication and store needs. Perform regular stockroom checks to ensure all stock is displayed within in season.
  • Responsible to present market images and sales progress linked to VM to global HQ team, monthly
  • Coordinate with key wholesale accounts in market to ensure seamless display between channels
  • Oversee installation and set-up of projects and windows across the market

You

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ years’ visual merchandising experience or project management experience
  • Bs degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications, or similar is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
  • Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Ability to drive sales and company KPI´s through visual shop floor standards and team support on a weekly basis
  • Analyze KPI figures, basing product placement with the store specific needs with the focus to increase and drive sale on a weekly basis.
  • Plan and communicate with Store managers on a weekly basis in terms of stock rotation and visual updates in store
  • Ensure that all employees in your area know and work according to acne studios Visual standards through training and coaching of visual standards in your store.

You have a mindset for creating quality and you are reliable and punctual.
