Job Description

As Canada’s leading clothing retailer of high-end men’s wear based in Toronto and operating in major centres across Canada, an exciting and challenging internship opportunity exists in the E-Commerce Department at our Central Office. We are currently seeking a student to assist and support the E-Commerce Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure in a well-established organization.

After training takes place, the successful candidate will work independently on a number of tasks and projects with guidance from the E-Commerce team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing heat maps, and recommending solutions for low-performance assets.
  • Perform website audits to ensure images and content are correctly displayed.
  • Receive, process and return samples for photo shoots
  • Contribute to product descriptions by determining details such as fabrication, style, colour, size and fit for merchandise
  • Gathering details from multiple areas and updating information on websites and applications accordingly.
  • Perform extensive checks on E-commerce platforms for any errors and inconsistencies.
  • Recommending SEO improvements.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned in operations or production teams.
  • Perform A/B testing.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university/college program which has a formal internship/co-op requirement
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
  • Experience with a Web Content Management system an asset
