As a Leader, you will be responsible for developing and training the store team, as well as coaching their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning customer base.

Here is what we are looking for:

Mastering Customer Experience 5+ years of retail experience with leadership ability in store/department management

Bilingual, fluent in French/English

  • Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and in-store environment
  • Coach the team of associate leaders on the sales floor
  • In collaboration with the market leader, help in the implementation of the company’s strategy
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others
  • A leader focused on building team spirit to achieve financial goals

Attract, retain and develop your team

  • An inspiring leader focused on recruiting, coaching and developing a team
  • Focus on attracting, retaining and developing leadership and top sales talent
  • Identify training needs and successors for key positions in your organization under your supervision
  • Focus on inspiring exceptional customer experiences online and in-store through consistent training
  • Hold individual meetings and formal evaluations

Run a profitable business

  • In collaboration with the market leader, ensure that key business success indicators are consistently achieved
  • Plan the most effective use of schedule planning
  • Understand and consistently apply procedures
