Role Overview
The Assistant Manager, Customer Service monitors and coordinates all jewelry and timepieces repair activity, liaising with teams in our internal and partner boutiques, Van Cleef & Arpels workshops and Richemont Service centers, to ensure the timely and qualitative delivery of client repairs. This role reports to the Senior Manager, After Sales Services and is based in New York.
