Role Overview

The Assistant Manager, Client Care & Development supports the Client Development department for Van Cleef & Arpels Americas. In this role, the candidate will report directly to the Director of Client Development. This person will be responsible for the rollout of the Americas Crm strategy & Clienteling programs. They will liaise with Global Crm, local regional Client Development Managers, and local retail teams to build a relevant and client centric outreach plan, ultimately driving client loyalty to the Maison. The role is based in New York.

Responsibilities

Rolling out the Crm & ECrm Contact Plan

  • Work with Local & Hq counterparts to define objectives, content and roll out for 6-8+ mailings per year as well as the 50+ emails per year
  • Collaborate to define client targeting depending on Hq guidelines, client insight findings and local needs and strategy
  • Coordinate with mail houses and email service provider for optimal deployment while being cost effective
  • Contribute to analysis and reports on campaign efficiency, key learnings, and improvements
  • Communicate with internal teams (boutiques, corporate) on the tools and the learnings
  • Adapt the tools for the Latin America Markets
  • Collaborate closely with Client Insight to build a personalized and targeted client outreach plan for identified client segment
  • Share internally the updated contact plan to ensure alignment with product launch strategy and product availability

Support boutique network to carry out clientelling action plans

  • Take active part in building and putting in place the clientelling strategy per boutique and per region
  • Ensure optimal use of clienteling tools
  • Train new Sa & Crm Ambassadors on the tools
  • Work closely with each regional client development manager and regional managers to meet clientelling and loyalty objectives

Support local projects through Crm actions

  • Local projects include: L’Ecole, Installations, New boutique Openings, Pop Ups etc
  • Develop tools in collaboration with Hq
  • Analyze results for Crm actions

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of Crm, client experience or client service

Technical Skills / Abilities

  • Excellent computer and organizational skills are required

Personal Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be proactive are required
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to represent the Maison to internal and external clients
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Ability to multi-task work independently and with a team is essential
