A luxury brand is seeking a talented Men’s Visual Merchandiser with luxury ready-to-wear experience to join their team. As a Men’s Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays in our stores that align with their brand image and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with their store managers, creative directors, and product teams to develop and execute effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans for the men’s ready-to-wear collections in stores, ensuring that they reflect the brand’s aesthetic and meet business objectives.
- Design, set up, and maintain attractive window displays and in-store displays that draw attention and drive foot traffic.
- Work with store managers to ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently met and maintained across all stores.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop seasonal campaigns and promotions that highlight men’s ready-to-wear collections.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to create impactful displays and maintain visual standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and product launches, ensuring that the visual presentation aligns with the brand’s image and messaging.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising for a luxury ready-to-wear brand, with a strong focus on men’s collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, design, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and the luxury market.
- Ability to translate brand identity and aesthetic into impactful visual displays.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Willingness to travel to store locations as needed.
