Store Manager

Sajda is seeking a dynamic sales leader with supervisory, sales, and clienteling experience to join their team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the day-to-day operations of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Work with the executive team to develop and execute plans to drive business growth.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and managing a team.
• Experience with RTW and bridal sales preferred.
• Experience working with a luxury clientele where client relationships are deeply valued.
• Familiarity with South-Asian cultures and ability to speak Hindi is highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
