Role Overview
The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for assisting the Boutique Director with the overall management and enhancement of the Boutique, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales teams, and reaching a sustainable high quality of service. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing VCA values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison. This role reports to the Boutique Director and is based out of Miami.
