Position Summary:
The Retail Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training to support Breitling’s Partner Retailers on Company training programs to support the expansion of the network and achievement of sales targets, as well as elevate the customer experience. Above all, the Retail Training Specialist will teach, motivate, and inspire the retail sales teams ensuring consistency in service excellence and behaviors to support meeting business objectives.
The Retail Training Specialist will be a hands-on self-starter who can work independently to deliver in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Acts as an ambassador of the brand in behaviors, actions, attitude, and appearance.
