Wholesale Operations Coordinator

The Opportunity

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator will be responsible for back of house market coordination, and sample trafficking for wholesale department. Responsible for administration of major accounts .com uploads (including sharing product details and imagery). Responsible for coding and tracking expenses. The Sales Coordinator will also coordinate market week schedules and responsibilities, and assist with any other department related duties.

What you´ll get to do

• Be the point person for all .com activities for North American wholesale accounts: share vendor imagery, schedule shoots as required, provide all needed product information. Develop a protocol to check websites weekly and communicate with partners on completeness and accuracy.
• Manage all sample traffic related to wholesale sales needs. Receive and calendar requests. Organize packing and movement of all sample collections to events, advertising and .com shoots in cooperation with the Sample logistics team.
• Schedule all back of house needs for markets including models, dressers, hair & make-up, and catering. Partner with visual merchandising to prep physical back of house/samples. Prepare and print all needed materials for sales team. Oversee all back of house operations throughout the market period.
• Manage Wholesale Sales seasonal interns. Interview, select, manage and mentor department intern throughout the semester.
• Create seasonal product knowledge presentations.
• Create purchase orders and code invoices for department in SAP.
• Produce Available to Sell report weekly and distribute to accounts.
• Assist management and partner on reporting needs, ad hoc and scheduled, to evaluate sales performance, inventory, etc.
• Partner with VP of Wholesale, North America to create presentations of available styles for off –price partners.

• 1-2 years of luxury fashion wholesale support experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, advanced especially in PowerPoint , A2000 and Joor a plus

Compensation

For individuals contracted and/or hired to work in New York , Carolina Herrera includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
