Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Men’s Selling Manager to lead our team at a busy, high end luxury men’s store. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for men’s fashion and possess exceptional leadership and sales skills. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work directly with Sales Associates to ensure they reach or exceed their sales goals
  • Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
  • Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
  • Assist with customers in selecting the right clothing and accessories, providing expert advice and styling tips
  • Assist to oversee Launches
  • Assist sales transactions with counting cash, credit card payments, signing off of sales slips
  • Assist with Returns and Exhanges
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a men’s fashion retail environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for men’s fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
