Job Description

We are looking for Seasoned Women’s Sales Associates with excellent Clienteling and Customer Service skills.

Hirshleifers in the Americana Manhasset, a very exclusive high-end women’s luxury store, is seeking talented Sales Associates with luxury experience to join our dedicated and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to discerning clientele, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the latest fashion trends and luxury brands to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in high-end retail sales, preferably in women’s luxury fashion.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brands, fashion trends, and styling techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Strong sales skills, with a focus on surpassing targets.
  • Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends.
