Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Mastery:

  • Drive personal and store sales objectives, ensuring optimal customer experiences.
  • Exhibit deep knowledge of Jonathan Simkhai collections and storytelling, guiding clients in their purchases.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing tailored recommendations and building brand loyalty.

Team Influence:

  • Serve as a role model for the sales team by consistently showcasing best sales practices.
  • Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of new sales associates, helping them integrate into the boutique’s culture and approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the store manager in strategizing sales techniques and setting individual sales targets.

Clienteling Expertise:

  • Develop and maintain a personal client book, proactively reaching out to inform of new arrivals, exclusive events, and special offers.
  • Coordinate and participate in client-focused events in the store, further entrenching the brand’s relationship with its patrons.

Visual Merchandising Support:

  • Collaborate with the visual team to ensure product displays are enticing and align with brand aesthetics.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and emerging trends to guide visual merchandising decisions.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Assist in inventory processes and ensure that stock levels are well-maintained and organized.
  • Ensure seamless checkout experiences for clients and handle any customer concerns with grace and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in high-end fashion.
  • Strong sales background with a demonstrable record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with retail management software and clienteling tools.
  • A passion for fashion and a deep appreciation of Jonathan Simkhai’s brand ethos.
