Job Description

The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in the impending growth phase of the South Coast Plaza location, particularly with the anticipated renovations and investments in the store. Leading a team of 6 dedicated professionals, the Store Manager will ensure the provision of unparalleled customer service, drive sales, and enhance brand reputation, ensuring Zegna remains the top choice for luxury menswear in Costa Mesa.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Mentor, guide, and lead a team of 6, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring the team is updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and proactive problem-solving.

Sales and Customer Experience

  • Drive sales targets, KPIs, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Ensure that the “Made-to-Measure” experience is executed impeccably, offering customers personalized and luxurious experiences.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with our clientele, providing Vip services and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring visual merchandising, inventory management, and store aesthetics align with Zegna’s global standards.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate and regional teams during the renovation and investment phase to ensure seamless integration of upgrades.

Business Growth and Strategy

  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of strategies that leverage the upcoming renovations and investments.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement local initiatives that cater to the Orange County market while staying true to Zegna’s global brand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the luxury retail sector, with a focus on menswear.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Strong expertise in the luxury menswear sector; made-to-measure experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in retail management software, Ms Office, and CRM tools.
