We are in search of a dynamic Store Manager who can steer our new team in Tampa and establish our business in this important market, with our new location opening March 2024. As the Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5/6 and serve as a sales-oriented leader, fostering an environment that promotes exceptional service and unparalleled client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 5/6 high-performing associates.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, upcoming promotions, and operational updates.
• Provide continuous training and development opportunities to maintain an expert-level knowledge among the team.

Sales & Growth:

• Steer the store towards achieving and surpassing its sales target.
• Ensure every team member adopts a sales-driven approach, meeting individual and team sales goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, always aiming to exceed their expectations.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure seamless daily store operations, from inventory management to staff scheduling.
• Regularly review financial reports to identify opportunities, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Ensure all store policies, procedures, and standards are consistently executed.

Client Experience:

• Foster an environment focused on delivering an unmatched client experience.
• Address and promptly resolve any client inquiries or concerns.
• Stay attuned to client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting financial targets.
