Job Description

As we prepare to open our new store in Tampa, we are looking for enthusiastic and professional Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the face of the Peter Millar brand, helping to create an engaging and luxurious shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers to provide personalized service, understand their needs, and guide them through our product range.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the Peter Millar brand standards in presentation, personal appearance, and professionalism.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product lines, seasonal collections, and fashion trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a cohesive and positive working environment and achieve store objectives.
  • Store Operations: Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
