Summary

The Inventory Analyst will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. This role is part of a cross-functional team responsible for driving all activities for the opening of new galleries and managing ongoing activities for open galleries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of a cross functional team responsible for driving all activities for the opening of new galleries.
• Manage all ongoing activities for open galleries including allocation and tracking activity for new product release, floorset refresh, damage replacements, gallery requests, etc.
• Execute the input of allocations and parameters for a complex set of stores – Sku’s into allocation, replenishment system.
• Balance workload priorities to ensure successful execution of all allocation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual teams to support product strategies and vision.
• Maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong Excel skills necessary (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Ability to follow up and follow-through
• Team oriented attitude
• Detail oriented and able to recognize misses and oversights
