The ideal candidate will have a proven sales history of at least 2.0M+ in luxury fashion and a passion for delivering exceptional service, creating a personalized and memorable experience for our esteemed customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by utilizing advanced product knowledge and refined selling techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized services, and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with customers, address inquiries with utmost professionalism, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.

Product Knowledge and Brand Representation:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse range of fine jewelry and associated products available throughout the store.
  • Represent the brand’s legacy and values with integrity and passion, upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.
  • Attend product training sessions and stay informed about the latest trends and collections in the luxury leather goods sector.

Client Development and CRM Management:

  • Identify opportunities to cultivate existing clients and acquire new ones, maximizing sales potential.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively to manage client information and communicate promotional activities and events.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management:

  • Assist in maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensuring products are displayed according to company guidelines.
  • Contribute to inventory management processes including stock replenishment, transfers, and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to loss prevention policies and report any discrepancies immediately to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a demonstrated sales history of 2.0M+.
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for fine jewelry and a strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Pos systems.
