Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Lola Dre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Achieve sales goals through effective product knowledge and strong selling skills
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays and in-store signage
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role in the fashion industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for fashion and trends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
