Job Description

Kiton is seeking an experienced and dedicated Menswear Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and upholding our brand’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers, providing product knowledge and style advice to facilitate their buying decision.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial contact to closure.
  • Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Keep up to date with product information, features, and benefits.
  • Participate in inventory control and management, including replenishing and re-stocking as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed store sales goals.
  • Adhere to company’s policies and guidelines, as well as local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
