Job Description

Summary

Alexander McQueen is seeking a Women’s RTW Sales Associate for our Saks Ny location. This role involves meeting and exceeding sales goals, developing new client relationships, and providing exceptional service while maintaining knowledge of the brand’s collections.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
  • Provide excellent service aligned with the company’s Service Values and Standards.
  • Maintain high product knowledge on all collections.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and perform general maintenance as requested.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a respectful work environment for all associates.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
  • Department store/concession experience is a plus.
