We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our high-end fashion retail store in East Hampton. As we prepare to transition to a larger space, this is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to guide a dedicated team of 4 in providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of our prestigious brand. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 4 to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals.
- Create a supportive and positive work environment, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training and development, and manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels at all times.
Sales & Customer Experience:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring every visitor receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, including in-store events, promotions, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience.
Operations & Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create captivating displays that align with the brand’s aesthetic and drive sales.
- Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and minimal shrinkage.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Manage the store budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other expenses, to maximize profitability.
Brand Representation:
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, upholding its values and ensuring it is represented at the highest standard.
- Ensure that the team is well-informed about the brand’s history, vision, and product offerings, providing exceptional product knowledge to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in high-end fashion retail.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen eye for visual merchandising and an understanding of the luxury market.
