Job Description

Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the team, driving business, managing and motivating the team, and creating a unique client experience to achieve sales goals and optimize productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee standards for the store’s talent and performance, aligning strategic goals with sales, KPI, and CRM targets.
  • Coach and ensure a consistent client experience, upholding retail standards and ceremony steps through a strong sales floor presence.
  • Partner with corporate functions to improve in-store awareness and execution, including CRM, operations, training, merchandising, and Hr.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues diplomatically, adhering to brand policies.
  • Maintain the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines and manage store upkeep and maintenance.
  • Set goals for the selling team and ensure exceptional service through in-depth brand and product knowledge.
  • Communicate relevant brand updates and initiatives to all team members.
  • Manage store operations effectively while minimizing costs and overseeing inventory management practices.
  • Lead and motivate staff, analyze traffic patterns, manage performance issues, and take ownership of the recruitment process.
  • Conduct in-store training, carry out yearly appraisals, and provide regular business performance updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a luxury retail managerial position.
  • Experience managing 5+ direct reports.
  • Ability to manage and adhere to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with key retail performance indicators.
  • Advanced organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and comfort with computer technology, including Pc and iOs devices.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
