Job Description

Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Manager will oversee the Compensation & Benefits function for the Otb Group portfolio of brands in North America. This role involves managing Hr planning and cost control in partnership with the Director of Total Rewards and Vp of Human Resources and will have one direct report.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day compensation and benefits administration-related tasks.
  • Assess benefits programs and policies.
  • Review plan documents and lead benefits design/renewal conversations.
  • Oversee Open Enrollment end-to-end process.
  • Manage & drive the administration of annual salary review, incentive plan, and Mbo processes.
  • Support salary surveying, benchmarking, job leveling, and manage Hr-relevant accruals.
  • Plan and forecast Headcount/Ftes and full personnel costs budgets.
  • Prepare variance analysis and commentary on personnel costs and Hc/Fte.
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll & Accounting on month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis on headcount/Ftes and personnel costs.
  • Manage communications to employees, Hr team, and partners.
  • Manage related internal and external audits.
  • Identify issues and focus on continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Benefits plus experience in Compensation or Finance.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing.
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines with proven organizational skills.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and driven to succeed with a creative and self-motivated mindset.
  • Strong team player and relationship builder.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp key business drivers.
  • High integrity with a positive customer service orientation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience with Adp, Sap Gl, Success Factors, Work Force planning software is a plus.
