Job Description

Summary

The Client Relations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-level customer service and enhancing the overall client experience through phone, email, and live chat interactions. This hybrid position requires a blend of excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of company policies and client management.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone, email, and live chat inquiries with impeccable communication skills.
  • Display and implement product knowledge, conveying the company’s style, values, and vision.
  • Follow-up and resolve all client issues and inquiries promptly.
  • Respond to client voicemails.
  • Place online orders and follow-up on pending orders.
  • Resolve delivery issues related to e-Commerce orders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and company policies for data protection and security.
  • Adhere to all company policy & procedures relative to role and responsibilities.
  • Uphold high client expectations in every interaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Open availability – Monday through Sunday, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar call center and/or customer service environment, including internships.
  • Team player, willing to assist peers and mentor new members.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
