Job Description

Summary

David Yurman is seeking a Sr. Director, Media Investment to shape the media landscape for an iconic brand, driving brand awareness, engagement, and omni-channel sales with an online and offline global media mix. This role will manage a team and agency partners, requiring a leader with a strong background in media planning and investment within the luxury or fashion industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative and data-driven media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media initiatives with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the budgeting process for media investments and optimize campaign performance to maximize Roi.
  • Manage relationships with external media agencies and negotiate contracts to grow David Yurman’s competitive advantage.
  • Ensure seamless integration of media initiatives across channels and leverage full-funnel traditional and emerging platforms.
  • Establish KPIs and implement measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in media planning and investment, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of media landscape, trends, and emerging technologies.
