Job Description

Summary

The Wholesale Digital Coordinator will support Digital Strategy and execution for all Wholesale. Partnering with Directors to implement and execute demand driving strategies, improving site experience and liaising with cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative, It, Marketing) to deliver assets. They will possess excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, while playing a critical role in upholding brand standards at Wholesale Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support account management and sales driving initiatives for all wholesale digital businesses, acting as the business liaison and point of contact for cross-functional teams
  • Drive account topline and identify growth opportunities by providing recommendations from weekly performance analysis.
  • Deliver on time reporting and forecasting for all required reports and documents to appropriate parties
  • Develop a Wholesale Digital Center of Excellence, to ensure all products on partner sites are optimized for an elevated consumer experience: Pdp pages, copy, content, catalog, purchase experience
  • Field account requests for copy, product specs, buying office requests for additional product details/information.
  • Interface and build strong relationships with image/product teams on account side to help advocate and facilitate image updates.
  • Partner with Creative to set up end-to-end tracking process for asset delivery to Wholesale accounts & establish process for communicating updates to accounts.
  • Write creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams to create digital marketing assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in account management, e-commerce, or project management
  • Advanced Excel skills & Retail Math knowledge
  • Analytical mindset and KPI driven with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a face-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated individual able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solving skills and detailed oriented with a collaborative approach to work
