Job Description

Summary

Regional Installation Leaders are crucial in overseeing, leading, and expanding Rh installation services across a region. They are passionate about materializing design in clients’ homes and surpassing expectations. These leaders are dedicated to quality in every aspect of their work and are driven by values, vision, and beliefs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom installation plans for projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and all external trades throughout the installation planning process.
  • Select on-site team in partnership with Gallery Leadership & Hdl.
  • Maintain installation schedules.
  • Lead cross-functional team conference calls for alignment before installation.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction status or partner with retained trades if necessary.
  • Lead on-site installation team from initial walk-through to final reveal.
  • Research outside vendors and trades for installation projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of interior design installation experience (residential/commercial).
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams of Ff&E delivery, installation professionals, designers, stylists, project managers, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills aligned with Rh’s Core Values.
  • Service and relationship-driven with strategic and mental agility.
  • Highly organized and collaborative with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Retail styling/visual merchandising experience preferred.
  • Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture showroom preferred.
  • Proficiency with Mac Os, IOs devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
