Summary

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Director for our Beverly Hills Flagship location. The successful candidate will support the Store Director in various operations, ensuring the business performance, customer service, and company image are upheld to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support store operations, including business performance and customer service.
  • Drive the achievement of the store’s sales targets and support team members in meeting individual sales goals.
  • Assist in maximizing business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach retail associates, supporting their growth and driving individual and store sales.
  • Ensure the quality of data in client books and propose action plans with sales staff.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and corporate partners for optimal product assortment.
  • Uphold operational policies and procedures with the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and succession planning.
  • Enforce brand standards and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
  • Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
  • Teamwork, organizational awareness, and flexibility.
  • Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.
