Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive sales through effective sales strategies, clienteling techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Jalil and other team members to push the store and support the overall business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, leading by example and providing guidance and support to the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring all team members feel valued and supported.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual presentation standards.
  • Help with recruiting, training and building a team

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a strong background in diamond sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to take ownership and contribute to the success of the business.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about fine jewelry, with a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship.
  • Career-oriented mindset with a desire to grow with the business and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
