Job Description

Summary

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager at our Chicago Outlet. This role is integral to the McQueen culture, which is known for its juxtaposition between contrasting elements and unbridled creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach, developing new clients, and informing them of new collection deliveries and events.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
  • Provide excellent service in line with our Service Values and Standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and perform general maintenance as requested.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an environment where all associates are treated with respect.

Requirements

  • Significant retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Interest in fashion and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly.
