Summary

The Operations Associate at our Livermore Pop-Up Outlet will contribute to the efficient management of merchandise flow in and out of the stock room, supporting sales and minimizing losses through effective inventory control. This role is essential for maintaining an organized stock room and ensuring the best client experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and actioning annual physical inventories
• Weekly audits of unreceived cartons and investigation of NOH (Negative On-Hand) Report
• Support the store in reaching overall sales targets
• Manage the facilities and overall store maintenance in partnership with management, operations management, and 3rd party vendors where necessary
• Maintain and establish an organized and highly functional BOH environment
• Assist management with stock supplies and order/vendor management
• Support visual merchandise floor moves and key events
• Audit store shipments and verify LP best practices
• Oversee Omnichannel functions and achieve Omni-specific KPIs
• Conduct Cycle Counts and manage stock balances
• Perform Weekly Consolidations and SKU-to-Outlet transfers
• Manage Store-to-Store transfers and communicate transfer/tracking information
• Assist with the AfterSales program and manage COG’s in accordance with company policy
• Manage staff uniforms and communicate key stock levels to the team
• Provide sales/floor support as needed by the business
• Take on additional projects/responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Demonstrate Alexander McQueen behaviors
• 1+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within apparel, footwear, or jewelry
• Effective communication skills within store team and with vendors/clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Excel
• Comfortable with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
• Capable of prioritizing and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be mobile/stand for extended periods and lift packages upward of 35 lbs.
