Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, maintaining client profile records.
• Provide excellent service aligned with our Service Values and Standards.
• Maintain high product knowledge on all collections.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Significant retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably luxury.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a loyal client following.
• Interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
