As a Client Advisor at our Wynn Las Vegas boutique, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to our culture of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness. Your role will focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals, developing strong client relationships, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
• Develop new clients and inform all clients of new collection deliveries and in-store events.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
• Provide excellent service by committing to the company’s Service Values and Standards.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintain visual standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect.

Requirements

• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our brand values.
• Significant retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s.
• Build and maintain a loyal client following.
• Interest in fashion and knowledge of industry trends/news.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly.
