Summary

Alexander McQueen is seeking an Operations Associate to manage merchandise flow, inventory control, and support the sales team in providing an exceptional client experience at the Bal Harbour boutique.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual physical inventories and weekly audits
• Support sales targets and manage store maintenance with management and vendors
• Organize and maintain a functional back-of-house environment
• Support visual merchandise floor moves and key events
• Oversee Omnichannel functions and conduct Cycle Counts
• Manage Store-to-Store transfers and the AfterSales program
• Ensure Client Owned Goods are managed according to policy
• Manage staff uniforms and communicate stock levels to the team
• Provide sales/floor support as needed
• Take on additional projects as required by the business

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within apparel, footwear, or jewelry
• Effective communication skills within the team and with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Excel
• Comfort with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
• Ability to prioritize and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to be mobile, stand, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 35 lbs.
