We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Director to lead our passionate team and maintain the boutique’s reputation for unparalleled service and product. This leadership role will oversee teams for women’s luxury, contemporary, and luxury bridal sections, ensuring the seamless operation, maximization of sales, and upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of 15+ associates across various specialties.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, upcoming promotions, and operational updates.
• Ensure team is knowledgeable about our collections and current fashion trends, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Sales & Customer Experience:

• Drive sales growth and profitability across all sections.
• Oversee the customer experience, ensuring it remains in line with the brand’s high standards.
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaboration with Digital and Merchandising Teams:

• Work closely with the digital team to ensure in-store inventory aligns with online offerings and promotions.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop effective visual displays and floor sets, driving in-store traffic and sales.
• Share insights and feedback from in-store experiences to guide online and merchandising strategies.

• Operational Excellence:

• Ensure that the store operations run smoothly, including stock management, staff scheduling, and in-store events.
• Oversee daily reporting and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.

• Marketing & Events:

• Work in tandem with the marketing team to align on promotions, advertisements, and in-store events.
• Execute exclusive in-store events, promotions, and launches to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a focus on luxury or specialty boutique environments.
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing large teams.
• Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and current trends.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
