Responsibilities

• Drive business and achieve sales goals through a customer-centric approach.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to deliver business results.
• Utilize new technology and “More Ways to Shop” to enhance customer experience and drive results.
• Represent RL Brand expectations in-store and deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Support a collaborative environment and engage in networking to build clientele.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and as required, overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
