Job Description

Summary

The Customer Service Professional is responsible for processing incoming and outbound calls, responding to questions on issues or problems related to optical retail orders, running reports, and performing data entry. This role is vital in monitoring the movement of RxO jobs and ensuring operational excellence within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor movement of all RxO jobs and track progress
  • Conduct floor walks each shift to monitor stagnant and non-conformance locations
  • Print and review stagnancy logs and Oliver Peoples job reporting
  • Manage FTC bin locations and handle cancellations
  • Communicate with stores for FTC and LO conversions
  • Hold daily stagnancy meetings with production floor leadership
  • Review Rx orders against processing guidelines
  • Handle jobs on hold and resolve error processing issues
  • Review Oakley orders for conversions or backorders
  • Submit IT escalations for unresolvable job issues
  • Compile and communicate reporting to leadership
  • Track and research missing packages
  • Complete daily and weekly tasks as outlined in SAL checklist
  • Reconcile issues with customer orders
  • Provide updates on e-commerce orders
  • Improve dwell by prioritizing aged jobs
  • Find and replace damaged COF frames from stock
  • Send daily breakage list to Quality and leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma, trade school certificate, or GED
  • 1+ year of related experience
  • Data entry experience with a focus on accuracy
  • Experience handling large volume calls
  • Professional phone manner and service-oriented disposition
  • Ability to handle unhappy customers tactfully
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
