Summary

As a Client Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our success through exceptional customer service, sales excellence, and building strong client relationships. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales goals, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and uphold service values and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining updated client profile records.
  • Provide excellent service by committing to Service Values and Standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintenance.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a respectful work environment for all associates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate desired behaviors.
  • Significant retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends/news.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly.
